Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
LocationCanterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, AL
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle challenges effectively
