• Brand Champion – Support local marketing, participate in community events, assist company promotions and product launches.
• Business Planning – Execute Krystal operating systems, develop sales forecast, monitor cash and inventory, analyze sales and labor results, maintain brand standards.
• Maintain Facility – Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security compliance, troubleshoot equipment issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years management experience.

• Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Carrying products/boxes no more than 50 pounds.
• Consistently handles product preparation, kneel, lift procedures.
