Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and continuously develop new skills. Responsibilities include completing new employee training and providing a world‑class customer experience.
Job Responsibilities- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plan benefits, complete T‑Mobile in‑store training and continually learn about wireless innovations.
- Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and support team initiatives.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Maintain a continuous focus on customer needs and performance goals while working with peers and store leaders.
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
- Competitive base pay plus commission.
