The C-Store Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant manager(s).

• Adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Responsible for store profits and controllable expenses, including labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory shortages.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop positive individuals to become members of the team, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Schedule and manage labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns and Store Labor Model (SLM) targets.
• Implement and enforce daily operating procedures through the Customer Ready Book to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and well‑kept.
• Ensure all product orders are placed accurately and on schedule to maintain proper in‑stock levels and meet customer demand.
• Monitor daily retail gasoline competitors, send price surveys, and complete daily paperwork promptly.
• Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive‑off daily.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends.
• Implement monthly promotions and post advertising/signage at the proper time.
• Enforce and report all safety and security issues, including incidents.

• Physical ability to perform all duties of a store C-Store Team Member regularly.
• Understanding of c‑store operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.

• C‑Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

• Must be able to travel up to 10%.
