Sales Consultant – Victra – Verizon Authorized Retailer

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to every guest. In this role you will execute the sales process, share product knowledge, and provide solutions that connect guests with the right technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions.
• Be a passionate guest advocate, authentic and fun, making tech look simple.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to foster loyalty.
• Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Compensation & Benefits

Average annual salary $40,000 to $64,000, base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and guaranteed ramp‑up rate during first 60 days.

Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave under state law where applicable.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date and ongoing online training throughout employment.
