Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team in Philadelphia, PA. This role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing vendor payments, and supporting internal teams with expense-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to help streamline processes and maintain compliance with company guidelines.

Compensation:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process and verify firm and client invoices for accuracy and timely payment
• Reconcile company credit card transactions and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding invoice approvals and payment statuses
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist in resolving outstanding balances
• Support process improvements to enhance organization and efficiency within AP functions

Qualifications and Skills for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Accounts Payable experience, including reconciliation and vendor payments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic formatting tasks
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Tech-savvy with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
