Stedi is the only headless clearinghouse and RCM engine. Headless means every part of our product is accessible via API. Developers and AI agents build their own interface on top of it. By offering modern, AI-ready APIs alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes, we enable both healthcare technology businesses and established players to exchange mission-critical transactions. Our clearinghouse product and customer-first approach have set us apart.
Stedi was ranked by Ramp as one of the fastest-growing SaaS vendors.
Stedi has lightning in a bottle: engineers and designers shipping products week in and week out; a lean business team supporting the company's infrastructure; a passion for automation and eliminating toil; and $142 million in funding from top investors like Stripe, Addition, USV, Bloomberg Beta, First Round Capital, and more.

What we’re looking forWe're hiring an Accounting Manager to own Stedi’s monthly close and day-to-day accounting operations as the business continues to scale. You will report directly to the Controller and be responsible for general ledger accuracy, timely financial reporting, and the accounting processes and controls that support them.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including P2P, T&E, and payroll accounting.
Prepare and analyze financial reporting and supporting schedules, investigate variances, and provide clear explanations of financial results.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, research accounting questions, and document conclusions. Partner with the Controller on complex transactions and translate accounting decisions into practical procedures.
Build and improve accounting processes and internal controls as the business scales. Turn manual and undocumented workflows into clear procedures, with defined ownership, reliable supporting documentation, and repeatable execution.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance financial systems, and drive implementation to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of accounting operations.
Support cross-functional teams with clear guidance, strong communication, and a practical approach to operational issue resolution.
