Position: Proposal Coordinator with Security Clearance
Intelli Sys Solutions Group is an engineering and project management consulting firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Our team of software developers, engineers, and business analysts work together to improve automation, streamline logistics, and establish quality control for government organizations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team full-time in our on-site office. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. This role will help facilitate the process of reviewing, organizing, scheduling, and managing our proposal progression. Specific duties will be related to tracking milestones and holding our internal team accountable for producing content requirements, but may also include Maintain and track proposal statuses, outcomes, and related documentation
Help break down potential RFPs and grants into easy-to-follow checklists
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our submission packages
Engage with internal employees to obtain proposal contributions
Engage with partner firms to obtain documentation and/or direct support

- Required Qualifications Strong communication skills in both in person and virtual environments
Ability to read 50+ page documents of dense text and pull-out key tasking and deadlines
Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to multitask multiple proposals
Ability to set appropriate work priorities independently
Ability to review, format, print, and mail proposals from our office
Ability to work at a very high level within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Docu Sign and Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree
Must pass criminal background check and be eligible to obtain FBI and Department of Defense clearance if needed in the future.
