We are looking for a Title Insurance Payoff Specialist for an office in Glendale.
Payoff Clerk Job Responsibilities :
- Input payoffs
- Uploading payoffs into workflow
- Balance files receipting monies into correct files
- Pay taxes, input short sale payoffs and faxing final documents to lenders
- Input and approve wires to be sent to lenders
- Run various reports daily and month end for accounting.
- Assist when needed with the issuing and mailing of the 1099's.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong math skills.
- Must be able to adhere to appropriate company policies and procedures.
- Must possess superior follow up skills.
- Excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail a must.
- Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures.
- Work Experience Data entry helpful.
- Accounting experience preferred.
