Job Title: Clinical Vendor Governance -- Program Manager

Location: Remote -- U.S.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Vendor Governance -- Program Manager to manage a structured governance process for clinical vendors and provider organizations requiring elevated review.

The Program Manager will coordinate with senior stakeholders across Healthcare Operations, Network, Contracting, Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and Payment Integrity to ensure cases are properly reviewed, decisions are documented, and follow-up actions are completed.

• Manage end-to-end governance and review processes for clinical vendors.

• Own meeting schedules, agendas, case intake, pre-read materials, decision documentation, and follow-up.

• Review cases and ensure required business, financial, utilization, contract, legal, network, and compliance information is available.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close information gaps before executive review.

• Prepare executive-ready presentations, decision summaries, escalation briefs, and meeting recaps.

• Maintain action items, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-up activities through closure.

• Track cases, decisions, risks, aging items, and open actions.

• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Support corrective action plans, governance restrictions, contracting activities, renegotiation, and other downstream work streams.

• Maintain governance documentation, templates, SOPs, and shared resources.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to governance and decision workflows.

• 7 years of Program Management, Project Management, or Chief of Staff experience.

• Experience supporting executive-level governance forums or decision committees

• Strong experience in healthcare, managed care, health plans, provider organizations, or clinical vendor environments
  .

• Knowledge of clinical vendor management, network operations, utilization management, and vendor performance
  .

• Working knowledge of contracting, contract obligations, termination provisions, renegotiation, and contracting restrictions
  .

• Understanding of medical policy, clinical appropriateness, utilization controls, and policy alignment
  .

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive action items to closure.

• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
  .

• Experience with
  vendor governance, risk, compliance, or credentialing committees
  .

• Experience with
  Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial healthcare lines of business
  .

• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, SIU, and Payment Integrity teams.

• Experience with
  Asana, Quick Base, or similar work-management platforms
  .

• PMP certification or equivalent program management experience.
