You will work closely with the senior team to manage logistics, vendor relationships, and tight timelines, stepping in with zero ramp-up time.
You will rapidly own mid-stream planning for events like GDC and Unite, negotiate with vendors across AV/production and hospitality, and develop detailed ROS and floor plans for on-site execution.
