Global Product Manager - Fluid Management​/Liquid Cooling

Location:
Remote with 30% travel

Salary: 180K-215K w/ 15% bonus

• 7–12+ years in product management, lifecycle services, fluid management, or thermal infrastructure.
• Strong technical background in fluid management and high-density liquid cooling
  , including CDUs, cooling loops, or related fluid systems.
• Experience building and commercializing a service offering
  , including service strategy, SOWs/SOPs, pricing, and go-to-market.
• Ability to take a service model and scale/standardize it globally across multiple regions.
• Strong cross-functional experience working with Engineering, Product, Services, Sales, and regional teams
  .
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
  .
• Comfortable with approximately 20–30% global travel
  .

• Chemistry / chemical engineering background
  , especially coolant or water chemistry.
• Background in water treatment, fluid treatment, or coolant management
  .
• Data center /
  mission-critical infrastructure experience.
• Experience with design for serviceability and lifecycle reliability.
• Experience developing value-based pricing around uptime, efficiency, reliability, and risk reduction
  .
• Background with companies like Chem Treat, Solenis, Ecolab/Nalco Water
  , or similar fluid/water-treatment organizations.

• Own global lifecycle services strategy for fluid management and high-density liquid cooling.
• Build new, sellable service offerings around the ongoing management and maintenance of fluid networks.
• Develop standardized SOWs, SOPs, service delivery playbooks, pricing, and value propositions
  .
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure liquid cooling solutions are designed to be serviceable throughout their lifecycle
  .
• Work with regional service organizations to launch and replicate the offering globally
  .
• Monitor adoption and field feedback, then continuously improve the service portfolio.
• Serve as the bridge between the technical fluid-management side and the commercial/service strategy side
  .
