We are seeking an associate class of 2022 to 2019 with commercial real estate finance experience to join our Global Finance group. Dechert is recognized as one of the few firms — if not the only firm — that maintains a premier commercial real estate capital markets practice concentrating in loan origination, loan acquisition and disposition, securitization, rating agency representation, servicing, workouts/restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
Our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $310,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for:
Hands on experience with commercial real estate loans and mezzanine loans. Experience as a key member of deal teams, including and running key aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing.
Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
