Role:
Associate Director of Government Pricing at Regeneron, overseeing accurate calculation, submission, and compliance of all government price reporting including Medicaid, Medicare Part B, PHS/340B, and FSS programs.
- perform pricing calculations, validate and monitor submissions, update SOPs, analyze policy impacts, and ensure adherence to CMS, VA, and state legislation
- collaborate with Contracting Strategy, Finance, and cross-functional teams
- serve as a subject matter expert on government pricing trends and policies
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in government pricing, finance, or related fields
- strong analytical skills
- 10+ years of professional experience
- extensive government pricing experience, knowledge of CMS, PHS/340B, FSS programs, and fair market value methodologies
- ability to interpret legislation, conduct research, and communicate variances
- remote role with some travel
- interacts with senior management and cross-departmental teams
