Were currently hiring Full-Time Paramedics for multiple locations within the SE region of PA, Greater Philadelphia metroplex, and Delaware state.

What Youll Do:

We currently provide services to SE Pennsylvania and Delaware through our North Penn-Indian Valley, Philadelphia, Delaware County, and Delaware (state) Divisions.

What Youll Bring (Requirements):

  • State-specific Paramedic certification + Emergency Medical Services Vehicle Operator (EMSVO- PA) endorsement or Emergency Vehicle Operator License (EVO- DE)
  • ACLS, PALS & Healthcare Provider CPR
  • Completion of ICS 100, 200, 700 & 800 (online options available)
  • Familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, and other EMS regulating bodies
  • Valid state drivers license with clean/unrestricted driving record

Pay, Perks, & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $33-39.06/hour (base location, dependent)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • $0 premium (for employee) for medical insurance with typically $0 copays & $0 deductibles
  • Company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life insurance (2x annual salary) and AD&D coverage
  • Retirement investments- 401(k) with employer match (up to 3%), fully vested at 5 years
  • Up to 138 hrs of Paid Personal Leave (PPL) in your first year, increasing annually to 258 hours at year 10
  • Holiday pay/additional stipends (8 recognized holidays)
  • Become a member of IAFF, Local #5021 with low monthly contributions

Logistics:

  • Shift: fixed schedules and base-locations
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating 36/48 hours per week

Must be able to provide proof of licenses, pass background check, and drug screening
