• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current Pennsylvania state license for Respiratory Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages in a hospital environment
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other respiratory therapy procedures as prescribed
• Monitor patient responses and adjust respiratory treatments as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care, equipment use, and best practices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures
