Job Description

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Your day-to-day activities will include:

* Run an end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity.

* Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure product quality.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and improve processes.

* Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to enhance product performance.

* Continuously explore and integrate new testing tools and methodologies to optimize testing efficiency.

* Mentor junior team members in best practices for test automation and quality assurance.

Please note this is a hybrid role which requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client (and may require up to 5 days per week in 2026 on client discretion) in any of the following locations:
Plano, TX, Pennington NJ, Charlotte, NC, New York City or Jersey City, NJ.

NOTE:

Client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation Testing with a strong understanding of testing frameworks and best practices.

* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in web test automation using Selenium, including scripting, execution, and maintenance of automated test cases.

* Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with REST API test automation

* Technical Test Execution

* System Defect Management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington.
