Job Description:
Drive delivery for a new product initiative using LEAN and Agile practices in a hybrid Project Manager/Scrum Master role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead new product development initiatives in a LEAN/POC environment
• Manage program timelines and track key milestones
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery rhythm
• Coordinate weekly releases and ensure delivery continuity
• Facilitate requirements validation through customer engagement
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to program goals

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  
  • Experience in large enterprise environments
  • Strong technical background (ideally from tech-focused teams)
  • Proven track record leading Agile/LEAN initiatives
• Nice-to-Haves:
  
  • Previous experience in health tech or regulated industries
  • Exposure to customer-facing program management roles
  • Familiarity with offshore team collaboration
