Systems Administrator II; Contingent Upon Award

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. (LHG) is seeking Systems Administrator II (Contingent Upon Award) to provide technical support for enterprise and stand-alone systems, supporting system availability, troubleshooting, and security compliance in a DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide systems administration and help desk support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Support stand-alone laptops and enterprise systems.
• Apply security patches, updates, and configuration changes.
• Assist with system documentation and compliance activities.
• Support users and maintain system performance and reliability.

Required **

Education

• Associates degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

Experience

• Three (3) years of professional experience in systems administration, to include experience with help desk related support, for example troubleshooting stand-alone laptops, is preferred.

Certifications (Required)

Must hold one of the following certifications (Required skill):

• CompTIA Security+ CE (Security+ CE)
• CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security)
• Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
• GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
• GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
• Certified Network Defender (CND)

Additional *

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret clearance| Interim acceptable at award
• Willingness to travel to up to 20%
