Lead IT Product Manager for Trial Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end trial technology portfolio, including Veeva clinical systems, with a focus on AI-driven innovation.
Responsibilities- develop and execute IT strategies, roadmaps, and release plans;
- lead a team of product managers and analysts;
- collaborate with stakeholders across global development operations;
- engage with external vendors to stay at the forefront of trial tech innovation.
- 12+ years in pharma/biopharma R&D or clinical operations;
- extensive experience in IT product management, with a track record deploying AI/ML solutions;
- deep understanding of trial lifecycle, GxP, CSV/CSA, and Part 11 compliance;
- strong leadership skills to coach and develop high-performing teams;
- proven stakeholder influence in regulated environments.
- focus on automation, AI-first solutions, GxP-regulated clinical trial environment, Veeva/clinical tech stack, global trial operations, strategic IT planning, and vendor engagement.
