KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Client Experience Value Architect to join our Clients & Markets organization.

Responsibilities:

Build and run a clear framework to measure and quantify the business value of client experience (CX) initiatives

Create and maintain an executive-level dashboard that unifies metrics from across teams and platforms into a single source of truth

Translate complex, raw data into narrative-driven performance reports and business cases for leadership

Partner with client-facing teams to establish baseline performance metrics and track improvements post-CX intervention

Support junior team members, prioritizing work streams to ensure high-quality, timely insights

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, or performance management

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant professional certifications preferred

Proven experience designing KPI frameworks, OKR implementation methodologies, and performance measurement systems that drive business outcomes

Practical experience using data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) to present operational and financial data Strong communication skills to collaborate with and gain consensus from partners and account teams
