ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with expertise in Guidewire Testing, Test Automation, and API Testing to lead QA initiatives for Gore Mutual's insurance applications. The role involves defining test strategy, driving automation, leading end-to-end testing, and collaborating with business, development, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, and/or Billing Center
, along with expertise in UI/API automation and a solid understanding of P&C Insurance processes
.
- 8+years of software testing experience.
- Strong Guidewire testing experience (Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center).
- Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience in Java, Selenium/Playwright
, and REST API testing
. - Experience with Postman, Rest Assured, Karate
, and SQL/database validation. - Expertise in SIT, Integration, Regression, E2E testing, and defect management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum experience.
- Guidewire Certification and Guidewire Cloud experience.
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops).
- Cucumber/BDD, TestNG/JUnit, Git, Maven/Gradle.
- Performance testing (JMeter/Load Runner).
- AWS and Guidewire integration testing experience.
- Experience working with insurance clients.
