We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive operational execution, delivery governance, and organizational effectiveness across our Data & Analytics organization. This role will partner closely with Data, Analytics, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to ensure initiatives are delivered successfully and aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives and strategic programs
- Coordinate delivery across analytics, data engineering, platform engineering, and business teams
- Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Identify risks, blockers, and competing priorities while driving resolution and accountability
- Lead program reviews, action tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Develop executive-ready reporting, presentations, and progress updates
- Support demand management, prioritization, and resource planning activities
- Improve operational processes, governance frameworks, and delivery effectiveness across the organization
- Partner closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution plans
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, Business Operations, or related fields
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Background working with Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Technology organizations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with project and portfolio management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities and execute in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Data & Analytics organizations
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, business intelligence, or data products
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern collaboration tools
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries
