Document Review Specialist

• Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, forms, and data-rich files
• Classify document sections, extract key information, and label important data points
• Identify and tag critical entities, dates, relationships, and concepts within text
• Follow structured annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards across large document sets
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

• Strong reading comprehension and ability to process diverse document types
• Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach
• Comfortable following detailed guidelines and applying them consistently at scale
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI, legal, or document management experience required

• Background in research, writing, editing, or information management
• Experience with data entry, quality assurance, or structured analysis
• Familiarity with annotation tools or content platforms as an end user
