A well-known defense firm in Philadelphia has an opportunity for a motivated experienced defense litigator to join a ranked product liability department on a partnership track.

The attorney will have an opportunity to join a ranked department and to take high profile matters to trial. As a result the attorney should have at least 5 years of experience litigating a full caseload from start to finish including significant experience with depositions, expert witnesses, arbitrations and jury trials. Additionally the attorney should have experience with dealing with clients, creating adjuster reports budgets and imparting litigation strategy.

The attorney must have an defense background dealing with a variety of general liability, premises, products and medical malpractice matters.
