For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Sourcing - Plastics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will shape and execute global sourcing strategy for plastics and related direct materials, with a strong focus on supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply continuity. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support new product development and commercialization while driving measurable business outcomes across the category. The ideal candidate will bring deep procurement expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to influence executive decision-making in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Compensation: $123,800 - $157,900 annually
Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-year global category strategies for plastics and related technologies.
- Analyze global market trends and provide executive recommendations on sourcing opportunities.
- Deliver annual cost reduction and productivity objectives through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Lead strategic relationships with global plastics suppliers and establish governance processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product development and commercialization efforts.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with continuity plans and assessments.
- Coach and develop sourcing professionals and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or category management experience.
- 3 years of leadership experience.
- 3 years managing plastics, resins, molded components, or related direct material categories.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
