Senior Logistics Operations Specialist

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Logistics Operation Specialist to join our Logistics Operations team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time. Operations at Castlery makes it all work—streamlining processes and elevating every customer touchpoint.

This is a fully remote role based in Malaysia, supporting our AU logistics operations.

• Own inbound warehouse operations to ensure smooth receiving of up to three containers per day, preventing disruptions to daily operations.

• Maintain high inventory accuracy (≥98%) through regular stock reconciliation and independent investigation of discrepancies.
• Proactively manage warehouse storage utilisation and inbound planning to avoid congestion and operate within agreed capacity limits.

• Experience working with external vendors, with exposure to vendor coordination and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives within operations or warehouse environments.
• Hands‑on experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Strong systems and data capability, including proficiency in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Ability to analyse operational data, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and translate insights into practical corrective actions.

At Castlery, we’ve spent over a decade building a brand people love by designing furniture for real life - durable, beautiful, and made to keep up with change.

Now, we’re focused on what’s next: scaling with care, crafting better experiences, and growing a team that’s as intentional as our design philosophy.

If you believe that good homes create good lives, come build with us.
