• Lead and grow a team of 8–15 engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Set technical direction and ensure architectural decisions align with business goals.
• Drive engineering culture, quality standards, and best practices.
• Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps and ensure timely delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.
• Manage team velocity, planning, and incident response.

• 7+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ in an engineering management role.
• Deep technical background in modern web or backend systems.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
• Experience managing distributed, remote-first engineering teams.

• Experience scaling a SaaS product from early-stage to growth.
• Background in AI/ML infrastructure or product development.
