It includes overseeing budgets, guiding cross-functional teams, and acting as a communication bridge to senior management.

The role is critical for driving organizational improvements and staying updated on industry best practices.

Job Description Responsibilities:

Developing and executing program management processes to streamline project delivery and organizational effectiveness

Overseeing the creation and management of program budgets, ensuring fiscal alignment with project goals

Crafting cross-functional plans, setting objectives, and devising strategies that support the company's broader goals

Interpreting organizational goals into functional strategies, leading to actionable and measurable program plans

Providing leadership to the program management team, fostering a culture of continuous professional development

Holding accountability for staffing, including talent acquisition, retention, and performance management

Acting as a point of contact for senior management, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication

Implementing corrective actions across the organization to enhance program performance and outcomes

Collaborating with other teams to drive business process improvements and program optimization

Staying current with industry trends in project management methodologies and best practices to ensure strategic advantage

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
