• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state (required for travel nurse jobs)
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (ACLS certification preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to ICU treatments
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on ICU care procedures and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations
