Caring Heart Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in beautiful Philadelphia, PA is currently hiring for an 11p-7a Registered Nurse Supervisor!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The RN Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.

• The RN Supervisor regular rounds on nursing units.

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
