Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals in the ER
• Perform rapid clinical assessments and triage of incoming patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide support and education to patients and families during critical healthcare situations
