Med/Surg Float Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift – Philadelphia, PA

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2000-$2100
• Setting: Acute Care – Medical-Surgical (Float Pool)
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Duration: 8-week contract
• Employment Type: Local, On-Site
• Start Date: September 1, 2025

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Experience floating to all Med/Surg units preferred
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse Med/Surg units, including Same Day Surgery, Detox, Bone Marrow Transplant, Mental Health, and IDD
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress, document nursing care, and update electronic health records accurately
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions
• Adapt quickly to changing unit assignments and varying patient needs in a fast-paced hospital environment
