Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW) coverage required, 12-hour orientation provided

• Combined Adult/Pediatric Emergency Department at a STEMI and Stroke Certified facility
• Trauma center experience preferred; excellent opportunity for nurses with diverse emergency care backgrounds
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome; supportive orientation and onboarding process
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, physical therapy, radiology, and social services
• Care for all patient age groups from neonates through geriatrics with diverse case mix

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or compact license required at time of application
• Minimum 2 years of emergency department nursing experience required
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, MAB, and PALS
• TNCC certification preferred
• Demonstrated competency in isolation precautions and triage
• Experience with arterial line management, central line care, IV vasopressors, blood product administration, and ventilated patient care
• Proficiency in IV insertion and maintenance, interpretation of dysrhythmias and ABGs, and procedural sedation monitoring
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Pennsylvania state fingerprinting and childline clearances required
