American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring Level I Trauma experience and compact or PA RN licensure.

• Operating Room setting within a Level I Trauma hospital system
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Floating required between Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience, Jefferson Methodist Hospital, and Honickman Center, as well as among services at the main OR
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Charting completed in Epic
• No on-call requirement
• No holiday requirement

• Active RN license (Compact or PA state license) required
• BLS certification required
• Trauma Level 1 course and certificate of completion required
• Trauma Level 1 experience required
• Trauma Level 2 experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Previous charge experience required
• Experience with cardiac, liver transplant, craniotomy, and spinal cases required
• Ortho fracture experience a plus
• Scrub and circulate experience required

• Scrub and circulate in cases including neurology, craniotomy, orthopedic, spinal fusion, and total joint replacement procedures
• Scrubs provided
• First time travelers accepted with appropriate experience
• Must reside within 50 miles for local rate differential eligibility
