Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year of ICU experience.
- New graduates are not accepted.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Pennsylvania RN license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- TNCC preferred.
- Strong critical-care assessment, implementation, and evaluation skills.
ICU nurses may float to:
- All ICU units
- Step-down and IMCU units
- Emergency Department (ED) for ICU holds/borders
- Women's and Family units, if needed, after orientation
