• Monitoring and reporting patient condition to nursing staff and physicians
• Providing wound care, dressing changes, and other therapeutic treatments
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania 0+ years of experience in a long-term care setting (hospital experience a plus!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
