This facility operates as a community hospital providing anesthesia and surgical services across inpatient and operating room settings. The facility maintains established perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery across a diverse range of surgical specialties. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought on an ASAP basis on an ongoing basis to address additional staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Philadelphia offers a range of attractions suited to diverse interests, including historical landmarks such as the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, and the Museum of the American Revolution. Cultural institutions including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Franklin Institute, and the Mutter Museum, alongside outdoor spaces such as Franklin Square and LOVE Park, provide options for clinicians during time away from clinical duties.

The greater area extends to surrounding destinations such as Longwood Gardens and the Brandywine Museum of Art, offering further variety for history enthusiasts, families, and arts visitors.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician medical direction model during day shifts within inpatient and operating room settings, working Monday through Friday on preferred 10-hour shifts with a minimum commitment of two days per week. Availability on Wednesdays and Fridays is particularly helpful for scheduling purposes. The surgical case mix spans two locations:
Location 1 includes General Surgery, ENT, Neurosurgery, Kidney Transplants, GI, Interventional Radiology, Pulmonology, Plastics, GYN, and some Vascular cases, with no Orthopedic, OB, or Cardiac cases;
Location 2 includes Trauma, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastics, GI, Ophthalmology, Urology, and Podiatry, with no OB or Cardiac cases. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and a minimum of one year of CRNA experience is required. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
