Rese-cel is currently being evaluated in the RESET (REstoring SElf-Tolerance) clinical development program spanning multiple therapeutic areas, including rheumatology, neurology and dermatology. The Technical Development Operations Specialist centralizes day-to-day operational planning and coordination within the Technical Development (TD) organization. This role turns project priorities and experimental plans into day-to-day lab schedules and resource needs across Process Development, Analytical Development, and MSAT, working closely with Central Lab Operations to keep TD's work running smoothly. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset to a fast-paced biotechnology environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate scheduling of TD experimental activities across Process Development, Analytical Development, and MSAT, aligning project priorities against shared lab space, equipment, and other constrained resources

Partner with scientific teams to translate development plans and project priorities into executable lab schedules

Forecast material and consumable needs based on planned TD experiments and communicate requirements to Lab Operations to support timely replenishment

Serve as the point of contact for TD scientists on day-to-day scheduling, resourcing, and material needs, partnering with Lab Operations to resolve conflicts as they arise

Help ensure TD teams follow established lab operations processes and procedures, reinforcing consistency in day-to-day practices

Facilitate coordination between TD teams and Lab Operations on shipment timing and priority for time-sensitive samples and materials
