Telephone sales

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telephone Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team! • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, nurturing warm leads and generating new business opportunities
• Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions using our sales technology platforms
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Negotiate terms with clients confidently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude to close deals successfully
• Leverage sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts, follow-ups, and client communications
• Maintain excellent customer service by providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance outreach strategies and optimize client engagement efforts

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within technology or B2B sales environments
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales activities
• Demonstrated ability in consultative selling techniques and deal closing strategies
• Experience with sales automation tools and outbound calling campaigns to maximize outreach efficiency
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Background in technical sales or technology product demonstrations is highly desirable
• Call center experience or telemarketing background that showcases resilience, persistence, and a proactive approach to client engagement
