Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on emerging Biotech, Tech Bio, and Small- to Mid-Sized Pharma markets in North America, driving adoption of genomics solutions including Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics, and NGS.
Responsibilities- Recruit, coach, and mentor sales professionals
- foster a 'hunter' culture centered on prospecting and account expansion
- lead strategic engagement with biotech and pharma executives
- develop and execute territory business plans
- identify new market opportunities
- manage pipeline and forecast accuracy using CRM (Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences
- 5+ years in sales or marketing within genomics, NGS, or related fields
- proven success in emerging biotech/biopharma markets
- strong understanding of AI and computational biology applications
- demonstrated coaching ability
- Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences
- 3+ years of sales management
- existing Bio Pharma network
- excellent communication skills
- Focus on genomics, single cell, spatial transcriptomics, NGS
- target early to mid-stage biotech and pharma companies
- remote role with no travel specified
- Likely to senior leadership or director level, with direct team management and cross-functional stakeholder interaction.
