  • Oversee contracted executive protection personnel when required.
  • Coordinate security risk vulnerability assessments of JCI facilities and identified third-party facilities, working with contracted assessment partners as needed.
  • Communicate relevant security-related updates to the team, executives, and other appropriate stakeholders regarding risks to JCI personnel, facilities, and associated assets.
2. Executive & Personnel Security Program Management
  • Manage risk and vulnerability assessment processes for executives, inclusive of residences, venues, facilities, and related events, working with contracted partners as needed. Develop and recommend mitigation strategies based on identified risks.
  • Coordinate advance planning and site assessment processes for executive travel, meetings, conferences, and special events, and develop corresponding security plans in partnership with contracted assessment providers.
  • Coordinate secure transportation, accommodations, and logistics for executives and designated personnel.
  • Accompany executives on domestic and international travel to provide on-site logistical coordination, situational awareness, and continuity of security planning; serve as the primary liaison to contracted executive protection professionals when dedicated protective coverage is required.
  • Coordinate with contracted vendors on monitoring public information sources for content that may pose a risk to executives or the firm's reputation, and route findings for appropriate follow-up.
3. Travel Security
  • Coordinate travel risk assessments for domestic and international trips for identified senior personnel and other JCI employees traveling to high-risk locales, working with contracted assessment partners as needed.
  • Develop executive travel security plans and contingency measures.
  • As required, coordinate with medical, transportation, and security providers for JCI travelers globally.
