As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally with visitors and stakeholders, and deliver service with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and care.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, residents, staff, and/or community partners while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of public areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the assigned location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, public disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and/or public agencies as needed.

+ Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
