We are a commercial renovation company specializing in interior build-outs, design-build projects, and finish carpentry throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism on every project.
Position Overview:
We are hiring Experienced Construction Laborers to assist with various remodeling projects. You’ll work alongside skilled carpenters and site supervisors performing a wide range of hands-on tasks, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with demolition, site prep, cleanup, and material handling
- Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Help maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow directions from lead carpenters and site supervisors
- Ensure all work complies with safety policies and site rules
- 2+ years of general construction or renovation experience
- Familiar with power tools, construction materials, and site safety
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
- OSHA-10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
