Community Council has a long history of providing mental health services to Philadelphia residents and is one of the City of Philadelphia's original 12 Base Service Units. We provide a range of mental health and substance abuse direct services and case management.
The organization has a diverse staff of 200 that deliver evidenced based services in a culturally competent manner.

Description
GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To implement the daily activities for an assigned group of students under the direction of the Program Manager, Group Supervisor, or Site Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:

PREREQUISITES & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with experience working with children.
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 60 credits toward a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with one year experience working with children.
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two years experience working with children.
- Ability to adhere to the core standards of our funder PHMC. PHMC requires that OST programming operate in response to the Core Standards for Philadelphia Youth Programs. The Core Standards represent a basic compliance tool.
