We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the development, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This individual will provide hands-on technical expertise while helping lead developers, establish best practices, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
Core Responsibilities Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Provide hands-on development support across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
Guide developers through technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Support platform enhancements, system integrations, testing, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, code quality, and development processes.
Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Salesforce development and platform customization.
Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and development best practices.
Experience working within Agile development environments and supporting end-to-end solution delivery.
Nice to Have Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect certifications.
Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Experience leading technical delivery across multiple developers or work streams.
