• You monitor model performance, latency, reliability, and availability, and you implement observability, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards to keep our services healthy.
• You troubleshoot incidents and support ongoing service operations, ensuring continuity and stability for the wider organization.
• You optimise AI solutions for performance, scalability, cost, and maintainability, while supporting CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
• You contribute to automation and operational efficiency improvements that raise the bar for how we deliver AI.
• You collaborate with vendors and platform providers to maintain operational stability, and you support testing, deployment, and release activities.
• As a hands‑on partner to Product Managers and Architects, you help shape and deliver AI solutions end to end.

• A completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline forms the foundation of your profile.
• You bring 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML engineering, including deploying applications and services into cloud environments.
• You are proficient in Python and apply modern software engineering practices with confidence.
• You have solid hands‑on experience with APIs, microservices, containers, and Dev Ops tooling.
• You have exposure to AI, machine learning, large language models, prompt engineering, or retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• You are familiar with monitoring, logging, and operational support practices.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are desirable, and AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering certifications are advantageous.
• A problem‑solving mindset, a collaborative working style, and a genuine drive for continuous learning set you apart.
