We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee complex projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Managing all phases of steel fabrication and construction projects.
- Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings for accuracy.
- Coordinating schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Leading project kickoff meetings and attending jobsite meetings.
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and resolving project challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (no need to create them).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Comfortable working on‑site five days a week.
