Recreation Director (Long Term Care)
We’re looking for a Recreation Director to bring joy, engagement, and purpose to our community at Complete Care in Phillipsburg, NJ.
Base Pay Range$50,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or completed Certification. - Credentials: ADC, CDP, or CTRS required.
- Experience:
2+ years in long‑term care as a supervisor. - Skills:
Excellent communication, care‑plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes.
- Create meaningful and fun recreational programs.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team.
- Protect residents’ rights and well‑being.
- Lead and oversee the recreation department.
