Position Summary
We are seeking full-time CRNAs to support clinical care across our growing network.
40-hour full-time schedule
- Customized work/life balance (several schedules and 24, 16,10, and 8 hour shifts and combination options, at-home call options available, etc.)
- Choice of Location(s)
- Optional call and paid additional overtime available
Diverse case mix including orthopedics, OB/GYN, neuro, cardiac, pediatrics, IR, ENT, and general surgery
Opportunities for non-OR anesthesia coverage (GI, IR, imaging)
Involvement in acute pain service and preoperative surgical optimization clinics
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active New Jersey licensure (or eligibility)
- Current DEA, CDS, RN, and APN credentials for NJ
- Strong clinical and communication skills

- Base salary
: $264,000 - $310,000 (includes hourly Bonuses and 401K) - Sign-on bonus
:- $75,000 for a 3-year commitment (+$5,000 at signing)
- $40,000 for a 2-year commitment (+$5,000 at signing)
- Now offering overtime incentive of an additional $50/hr to the regular OT hourly rates!

Negotiable - Dues covered for AANA, ACLS/BLS, PALS
- CME allowance
: $2,500 annually - 401(k): 20.6% employer contribution

About Us:Anesthesia Specialists of Bethlehem (ASB) is a physician-led independent anesthesia group in the Lehigh Valley, serving the rapidly expanding St. Lukes University Health Network since 1993. We currently support 12 inpatient hospitals and multiple ambulatory surgery centers across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including Bethlehems Level I Trauma Center and the Anderson campus (Level II Trauma Center with Mother & Baby Pavilion performing approximately 3,500 deliveries annually).
Our team includes over 170 CRNAs and 80 anesthesiologists delivering a broad spectrum of anesthesia services and critical care support. We practice within the Anesthesia Care Team model and follow a holistic perioperative surgical home approach running acute pain services, optimization clinics, and ERAS protocols across specialties.
